We’re small but mighty — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us!

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-loving, good-energy human to join our team as a Part-Time Operations & Community Support Coordinator.

You’ll keep our systems humming, celebrate donors, support local nonprofits, and make sure our Executive Director stays on track. If you like variety, collaboration, and seeing the real impact of your work in the community, you’ll feel right at home.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Keep our office and records organized.

  • Support the Executive Director with scheduling, meeting prep, and priorities.

  • Run occasional local errands (post office, bank, supplies).

Enterprise Application & CRM Management

  • Be the go-to person for our CRM (Foundant – Community Suite).

  • Enter and track gifts, donors, and grantees.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot the system.

Donor Acknowledgements & Communications

  • Send personalized thank-yous and tax-compliant receipts.

  • Create and distribute donor communications.

Nonprofit & Grantee Coordination

  • Help run grant cycles, including our annual Grant Catalogue.

  • Maintain grantee records, track reporting, and provide follow-up support.

Accounts Payable & Financial Administration

  • Process invoices and payments with accuracy.

  • Work with our bookkeeper on monthly financial reports.

Project & Work Plan Management

  • Keep our annual work plan on track.

  • Support staff, board, and committee alignment with goals.

  • Pitch in with occasional off-site event support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in admin and/or finance roles (nonprofit experience a bonus).

  • Comfort with technology systems and CRMs (Community Suite experience a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Clear, friendly, professional communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and be a collaborative teammate.

  • A sense of humor, flexibility, and lots of positive energy.

  • A commitment to assuming best intent and operating from a place of grace.
